All of us united at the center with our own worlds branching out -
As the year progresses, the trees will gradually move from this paleness to the fullness of their invigorating green and then burst into color celebrating the mature fullness of the year's ambitions. Then it will be time once again for us to repeat these greetings for the next newness.

I will enjoy the softer side of icy winter, the quietness that snow brings, the soft sunrises and the snowflakes flying and floating soundlessly to the ground.

This mandala was created with one of my nature images of a stand of pre-spring trees. The beautiful blues presented by the sky render a lovely peacefulness. The background of soft lavender tones ranging from cool to warm are the colors that I experienced in the sunrise of a New Year's Day. This is one of a series of mandalas using nature-sourced images.
