Description
I remember this day so well. Always thankful for the visual gift of a Weeping Willow tree in all of its variations.
A young Weeping Willow tree stands out in an early Springtime budding forest while in the foreground a stone wall and pale grass from previous seasons set off the scene.
Willow trees are among the first to offer color early in Spring. While the Maples are graced by their early hues of tiny flowers, barely beginning to leaf, the Weeping Willow is already gracing the landscape with a beautiful wash of chartreuse.

Love this image - and your other ' texture ' images of trees in Fall. They have to have been shot in the North and East ? L/F
