Description

The Maid of the Mist tour boat takes visitors very close to the tumultuous water and somewhat more than misty spray of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls at Niagara Falls.

Approaching the falls in the Maid of the Mist boat is a thrilling experience. As you get closer the boat begins to be tossed around and eventually you can't really look at the falls anymore because water is being sprayed into you face constantly. The falls becomes a wall of water that you can hear more than see. The wall of water now becomes a wall of thundering sound and the water a massive blur of power so huge that you feel your own smallness. It is such a privilege to be able to have such an intimate experience with this amazing natural wonder.
