Description
Comfrey plants are magnificent. The leaves are very large with interesting deep veining that creates a kind of pillowing effect. It interacts with direct light and back lighting beautifully. The leaves also have fine hairs, giving the leaves a fuzzy texture which can feel a bit scratchy. The overall size of the plant can easily grow 3 feet in all directions.

Such an underrated herb! Good for making liquid fertiliser for the garden, or just dug straight into the soil. It also has many traditional uses in natural medicines such as for gout, inflammation, and arthritis. Lovely capture of the veining :)
