Poppy Stems:
A cluster of late stage poppies delight the eyes with their dance-like interaction and picturesque seed pods.
I love the shapes of poppy stems and seed heads especially when they are in a cluster. They look like they are on their way to to some fun time. They are actually on their way to releasing their seeds for the creation of the next generation of these cheerful flowers.
Their dancing shapes were an invitation for some creative interpretation in a painterly style enhancing the overall happy mood of this scene
